Tips before You Place an Order

 

To place an order, you need to make sure the following information:

OEM Service: We offer the OEM service, customers can send us the pictures with difference sides, or send us the samples which you want to order, we can make samples according to the pictures or samples to submit customers for confirmation with exact quotation. Once the samples and prices are confirmed, we can start the order as usual.

Most customers want to get the products with the accompanied cards or hang tags which printed on customer’s logo or design. For the logo and design imprint, artwork is very important for accuracy, please send the artwork of your printing design or logo thus we can follow to work accordingly. Packaging: For different purposes we offer different packaging solutions. For retail, we recommend the retail boxes; for promotional use, we would suggest the OPP bags. Of course, you may have your own idea- it′s all up to you !

MOQ: Our MOQ for all the products is 10 doz. per model per color. We also know that some customers are new in the industry and require smaller quantity. We would like to offer the beginners with our best efforts. Please contact our professional sales representatives for more details about smaller quantity. We will have some specific models for your choice.

Delivery time: We know that delivery time is very important in this fast changing industry. Our lead time is about 7 to 20 working days after the confirmation of the purchase order. The lead time may be longer during busy seasons. We will confirm the delivery time with you for each individual order.
